• ## Thursday June 4th

• Venue is [St. Leonhard Gymnasium Jesuitenstraße 9, 52062]. Note that the rehearsal takes place on the 4th floor.

• * 08:30 Early setup, movement of large instruments.

• * 09:30-11:15 Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus

• * 11:15-13:00 Suk

• * 13:00 Lunch. A light lunch will be provided at the school

• * 15:30-17:00 The Planets (sectionals)

• * 18:15-20:15 Mars, Neptune, Mercury, Venus

• * 20:15-20:30 Clear the hall

• * 08:30. Early setup (large instruments etc)

• * 09:45 General setup

• * 10:00-12:00 Suk

• * 13:00-13:45 Cathedral tour

• * 14:15-15:15 Grund (with soloist)

• * 16:00-17:30 Neptune - choir only

• * 18:00-19:00 Neptune

• Venue is Aula 1, as on Friday

• * 10:00-13:00 General rehearsal

• * 17:15 Meet for concert

General notes

• Concert dress: CONCERT BLACK (NOTE: not our usual) - ties and jackets are not required.

• Large instruments - we will have a van while in Aachen. Large instruments can be stored in the van overnight and will be moved between venues.

• 
  

• If you are not required for rehearsals, you are free to explore Aachen, rest or otherwise entertain yourselves.

• For those staying with hosts from JSO, we'll be meeting our hosts on Wednesday evening in Aachen. Details will be sent out by email, but I'll update this section with times and locations.
