Thursday August 27 (Non-rehearsal day)

JSO arrival

• 17.00: St Giles' Church open, in preparation for JSO arrival

• ~19.00: ETA at coach drop-off point on Chesterton Road

  • Meet and Greet in St Giles for the rest of the evening

  • Hosts to arrive and collect guests

  • Large instruments to be locked in vestry overnight

Friday August 28

Rehearsal at St Giles' Church

• 09.30-10.00: Set up

• 10.00-11.30: St Giles' Church, rehearsing Suk & Grund

Lunch/sightseeing

• 11:30-15:00

Rehearsal at St Giles' Church

• 15:00-18:00 at St Giles Church. Holst

• TODO: Tea/biscuits at interval

Group meal at St Giles' Church

• 18.00-21.30

Saturday August 29

Rehearsal and concert

• 12.00-14.00: Setup stage extensions and risers
